JC brings 25+ years of expertise in digital, data, and media, with the last 14 years of his career focused on political and advocacy campaigns.

As a pioneer in digital campaigning, JC played a pivotal role in introducing programmatic advertising to the political space, helping candidates running for national office to local candidates running for school board. His technical acumen and strategic insights have redefined political campaigns by leveraging data and merging the online and offline advertising landscape.

Beyond pioneering advancements, JC has a legacy of mentorship, shaping the careers of numerous sales representatives who have achieved remarkable success. With a dedication to empowering candidates and causes, he continues to drive the firm’s mission, ensuring that the fusion of technology and strategy propels political narratives toward impactful outcomes.

Gavin Humble

Vice President, Political

Gavin, an accomplished political operative with nearly a decade of experience, has played a crucial role in some of the nation’s most competitive statewide and national campaigns. His career started in 2016, marked by significant contributions to securing Florida for President Donald J. Trump.

In 2018, Gavin played a vital role in Governor Ron DeSantis’s campaign, contributing significantly to a narrow victory in one of the most fiercely contested gubernatorial elections. Continuing his trajectory in 2020, Gavin joined a leading GOP consulting firm, providing pivotal support to elections across the South and Midwest.

In 2021, Gavin assumed pivotal roles as Regional Political Director and later promoted to Deputy State Director for Governor Glenn Youngkin’s historic Virginia campaign. His strategic contributions were instrumental in successfully flipping the state red after a decade, setting the stage for GOP momentum entering the critical 2022 cycle.

Following the Youngkin victory, Gavin assumed the role of Political Director for the closely contested 2022 US Senate race in Pennsylvania, in support of candidate Dave McCormick. His leadership played a crucial part in navigating the challenges of the race. Subsequently, Gavin was recruited as National Deputy Political Director for GOP Rising Star Vivek Ramaswamy’s 2024 presidential campaign, contributing significantly to Vivek’s rise in Republican politics from a relatively unknown candidate to a leader in the America First movement.

James Hunter

James is a dynamic force at the forefront of technology and programmatic advertising operations. His passion extends beyond the digital realm and into the heart of his home, where his beloved Rhodesian Ridgebacks reign supreme. This New York City native isn’t just riding the tech wave—he’s creating it. His illustrious journey through the halls of Oxygen Network/NBCU and Fox News has set the stage for his current mission: launching brands to stellar heights by mastering audience targeting and expanding the horizons of digital advertising.

Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the New York Institute of Technology, James seamlessly blends creative insight with his prowess in tech. But his experience extends beyond academics; as an alum of Outward Bound Southwest Mystery Expedition, James’s adventurous spirit honed his leadership capabilities and fostered a penchant for embracing challenges positively.
